FT Agency Relations Specialist
EITAS is seeking a FT Agency Relations Specialist to provide professional support to agencies funded by EITAS and who support people with developmental disabilities (DD). This position will be involved in program management, organizational development and technical support to the funded agencies.
Responsibilities include but not limited to developing positive working relationships with funded agencies, monitor assigned EITAS-funded projects and grants for compliance; provide written outcome summaries for the annual grant proposal review process. The qualified candidate will also support the initiative of developing a Culture of Gentleness. In addition to Gentle Teaching training, this position is responsible for expanding the reach of Gentle Teaching, embedding it into the system of support for people with DD in Jackson County. And to perform other related duties assigned by the Agency Relations Supervisor.
The position requires: A Bachelor’s degree in social work, special education, psychology, or another human services field or equivalent. A minimum of four years of professional experience in social work, special education or human services, with emphasis in developmental disability program management, monitoring and quality review. Training in Gentle Teaching and an understanding of Gentle Teaching implementation.

FT Human Resources Generalist
Developmental Disability Services of Jackson County—EITAS is seeking a FT Human Resources Generalist to support the Human Resources Department in all human resources activities, including benefits compensation, recruitment, employee relations, organization development and personnel management.
This position will also assist with coordinating recruiting efforts, including interviewing, coordinating and conducting new employee orientations. Assist with administering the FMLA process; administer the worker’s compensation program. The person in this position is responsible for a variety of complicated tasks and other related work as assignedby the Human Resources Manager.
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business management with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in the human resources field.

We are seeking full-time Support Coordinators to provide case management services within a person-centered support and planning framework and be able to develop person-centered plans for persons with developmental disabilities.
The position requires at minimum: One or more years of professional experience in social work, special education, psychology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or in providing direct care to people with developmental disabilities and a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours or 36 quarter hours of credit in one or a combination of human service field specialties.

We are seeking experienced full-time drivers to transport adults with developmental disabilities. Hours are similar to school bus drivers (split-shift days), but we run YEAR- ROUND!
Qualified applicants will have HS Diploma/ GED; CDL, good driving record and previous commercial driving experience.
