Public Meetings

In general, our Board of Directors meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 pm. This date may fluctuate depending on holidays, schedules, or events. During some months, they may decide not to meet. There are also committee meetings that may occur throughout the year, generally falling on Wednesdays.

Currently, our meetings are hybrid. The in-person meetings are in the Eitas Administration Building at 8511 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO. To receive a link to the virtual meeting, please contact us.

If you have any questions or comments for the Board please email rmyers@eitas.org no later than 4 p.m. the Friday before the meeting and we will attempt to answer them at the Board meeting, time permitting, or after the Board meeting via email.
